In 2022 Belair Edison Neighborhood Inc. contracted Dauphin Wilson Industries to fully renovate and restore 3432 Belair Edison in the purpose of transforming it into a mixed-use property: the first floor an ice cream parlor and the basement and second The floor office spaces. The renovation of this two-story commercial property involved complete planning and designing, obtaining of permits, demo, structural work, and electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work. The renovations were completely finished in April 2023.
